The writing on this seal appears to be "Leopold [II], Roman Emperor of Hungary and Bohemia, Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy and Count of Tyrol" (credit for the translation goes to Vlotka Ksiezyc-Mowa). We are not exactly sure how this seal is related to the letter but both of them were passed down our family together.
